Alan Hodge is an Attorney admitted to the state bar of California. He has been a practicing Solicitor of the Superior Courts of England and Wales since 1989. He is also a certified all-issues mediator (since 1998) and has been licensed to practice English Law as a Foreign Legal Consultant in the state of New York since 2006.

Alan has built up considerable experience in a range of areas of law and corporate practice. This includes overseeing and supervising the M & A legal team that facilitated the acquisition of more than 50 independent Insurance Agencies in less than 2 years. Alan dealt with the negotiation, drafting and implementation of all funder-facing documents and all aspects of each acquisition including ensuring that all funder requirements were fully met and ensuring that the legal team performed the most thorough examination of each acquired agency.
